If you try to transfer a classroom from the previous year (with materials) and you get an error, it may be due to:
- The set of content to be transferred exceeds 4Gb. In this case a text message (Proxy error) appears.
- For some reason the classroom is created in Moodle empty and hidden. A text appears indicating that you do not have access to it, and it is recommended that you try again within 30 minutes.
If you are faced with either situation, we recommend that you contact the CAS (email@example.com) and the technical team will restore your classroom.
