Research Areas

My present research interests are the following:

  • The acquisition the syntax of second (L2) and third (L3) languages from a generative perspective.
  • The influence of external factors (eg. instruction) on the acquisition of language.

I have also worked on the acquisition of an L1 and on the syntax of aphasic subjects.

Doctoral Supervision

I would be happy to supervise students interested in the acquisition of the syntax or the morphology of a second or a third language.
