PhD candidates are required to prepare and submit a written register of all the meetings held with PhD adviser since 01 October 2021.

This report ( a single document) should include a summarised list of the tasks  (i.e., bullet points) assigned at each meeting, which is termed a register.

This register should be signed and approved by the student’s supervisor and will be used by the Annual Evaluation Commission to establish the progress accomplished since the last evaluation.
